This isn’t a book review, but rather an Android google play store app review for the Recipes Search (AllTheCooks.com).

Have never seen so many unhealthy recipes in one collection.

Although the app itself does what it says, you can search, browse and view recipes in normal view, by foods, service or course. The recipes themselves are the unhealthiest of anywhere on the internet. I checked out the diabetic section of recipes: low and behold, there was salt in every recipe. SALT! For diabetics, salt is a death sentence.  Isn’t anyone at recipe search watching these recipes for health? Three of four recipes were either starchy, carb-laden potatoes or some sickeningly sweet dessert guaranteed to send one into a diabetic coma.

Recipes in the general selection were not much better.  Each recipe was a disaster for health, fitness and every doctor’s worst nightmare. They are filled with butter, fats, highest starchy, carb-laden foods imaginable. Most were not even recipes, rather, directions or instructions for assembling pre-made and overly processed foods. No wonder America is the fattest nation on earth. I cannot state  enough bad words about these recipes. Guaranteed to raise blood pressure, diabetes, risk of heart attacks, stroke and so on.

This app should come with a health warning! Uninstalling and warning others.
