Are You Following This Blog?

According to the blog stats, there are 3281 people following this blog.  Through the wordpress stats page, I can see about 5-10 of you reading per day.

I’m wondering how many of the 3281 blog followers are actually reading my blog and how many are automatically bypassing or deleting the email notification without reading the posts. I’ve had my blog for five years and my stats haven’t increased during that time. I hate spinning my wheels and not see any progress or action.

So, for my 3281 followers and anyone seeing this post, please head to the post ON MY WEBSITE and click the like button. If you’re seeing this on a social network site, click the link to follow to my blog and like, do not only like it on the social media site, please.  If not many of the 3281 followers like the post, I’m going to stop working so hard on the daily blog posts.  Right now, i’m busting my hump getting these daily topics out to my readers, but with only 5-10 daily readers, I can better spend my time on other projects.

Thank you for understanding.

Bonus Post: Questions for @Seahawks and @Patriots

question marks

All the to-do over the Superbowl, Media and Interviews about players answering/not answering pushed me to posit this open interview to any player, in accordance to my daily blog posts:

1. What is your favorite book/author? Why?

2. What is your favorite technology? How does this help you in your daily life?

3. What social cause is closest to your heart? How does this impact you?

4. What topic of health is important to you? or What is your favorite exercise?

5. What are the top ten items/ideals most important to you?

Just short, sweet questions and answers. I’ll answer first:

1. Favorite Book and Author: A Severed Wasp by Madeleine L’Engle. Show’s what happens in a lifetime, dealing with life, death, social injustice.

2. Favorite Technology? The Internet. Allows me to communicate with a wide-range of people, do my writing and blogging.

3. Social cause closest to my heart is economic injustice. As a person living in the lower-economic bracket, I see first hand how the laws of America work against me. I would like to see a more even playing field.

4. Organ Failure and Transplant is the health topic most important to me, as a renal failure and transplant survivor. More needs to be done to bring attention to lifesaving organ donation.

5. Kindness, Communication, Compassion, Humanity, Hard Work, Honesty, Determination, Understanding, Ability, Love.

2014 in review

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2014 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

A New York City subway train holds 1,200 people. This blog was viewed about 4,900 times in 2014. If it were a NYC subway train, it would take about 4 trips to carry that many people.
