Today marks 11 weeks I started Keto and ramping up my dumbbell workouts and 2 weeks ago started pyramid dumbbell workouts. Measured my stats this morning and had a little bit of an ego boost! While my weight isn’t going down (as I’ve discussed before) my measurements have improved. Chest went from 41″ to 43″…… Continue reading 11 Weeks Keto and Pyramid Workouts

2018 Accomplishments
The past few years have been challenging, to say the least. 2016 I realized my marriage was going to end, I was suicidal and depressed. 2017 I relocated, cocooned myself to protect, love and rebuild my emotional, mental, physical and spiritual health, mourn the loss of my marriage and decide on a course of action…… Continue reading 2018 Accomplishments

Hello 2016, Goodbye 2015
Before we say great big hello to 2016, we must bid goodbye to 2015. 2015 was a pretty good year here at chez ONeil. I updated the cover on the cookbook I published the year…… Continue reading Hello 2016, Goodbye 2015

Throughout the years, I’ve done quite a bit of research on health, meaning exercise, fitness, eating, low carb,…… Continue reading Acceptable Body Measurements

Recently I’ve had some dental work done, my dentist re-cemented a 20 year old bridge that had popped out last month for my wedding. Today she had to drill it out to fix one cavity-not bad for not seeing a dentist in 10 years. Instead of recementing it a third time, she said I have…… Continue reading Need To Raise Funds-Please Buy My Books!

That could be walking, exercise pedals, or plain ole marching…… Continue reading An Hour or Three of Exercise
