Great Expectations, wasn’t.

>Uhm…It isn’t the lack of sales or timing for Oprah’s Book Picks…They are horrendously boring and dull picks.  Thats what the writer and those whom were interviewed of this article are trying to say about Charles Dickens’ “A Tale of Two Cities” and “Great Expectations.”

Back in high school, required reading for English IV in my senior year was “Great Expectations”.  I could not get past the first few pages.  Nor could any of my classmates.   Just about the dullest stories I could ever have been forced to read.   If anyone else read it and enjoyed, please share in the comments.http://rcm.amazon.com/e/cm?t=BrickONeil&o=1&p=8&l=bpl&asins=0142196584&fc1=000000&IS2=1&lt1=_blank&m=amazon&lc1=0000FF&bc1=000000&bg1=FFFFFF&f=ifr
