From cnet.com:
Advanced Uninstaller PRO 11 is the ultimate uninstaller for Windows. You can uninstall programs quickly and completely using its simple and intuitive interface. The new Metro (Windows 8) style offers a much better user experience while the software remains fully compatible with all other versions of Windows (7, Vista, XP, Server both 32 and 64 bit editions). The Installation Monitor included in the program can watch all the actions that a program performs on your computer while it installs. Advanced Uninstaller PRO remembers these changes so later you can completely uninstall that program, making sure nothing is left behind. This tool can remove any program without a trace. Advanced Uninstaller PRO can also remove a lot of items that other uninstallers don’t even touch. It repairs broken registry entries, cleans non-functional Start Menu shortcuts, uninstalls annoying browser toolbars, plugins and hijackers, removes fonts and gets rid of startup programs that slow down your computer.
My Take:
I’ve used many uninstallers, cleaners and editors over the years on my TC1100 and I can say, this one really does work as advertised. I’ve had some hangers-on, tags and code from old programs and applications from deleted programs. Other uninstallers left old bits of code that the Microsoft’s “Add and Remove Programs” leaves behind. I ran Advanced Uninstaller Pro 11 on those programs; low and behold, it got rid of all of them! Now it doesn’t clean the registry, only the programs you tell it to after the secondary program uninstaller comes up. And I haven’t even gone through the whole application yet. It is very intuitive, user friendly the first time you click it.
I wholeheartedly recommend this uninstaller!
On another note, I registered and now own the hashtag for #simplehealthyfresh on twitter and other social media! In marketing, promoting and public relations for the cookbooks, I found out I could register and own the hashtag at http://www.twubs.com! Since i’m promoting the first cookbook in a giveaway (in conjunction to the Alports biography) for the Alports Syndrome Foundation, and promoting the second cookbook with it’s big debut the 21st of this month, it just made sense to add to the marketing part. I’ve created a facebook page for the series as well, and it will debut this Friday when I unveil the second cookbook’s cover.
Very exciting things are happening.
