Life these days can be so challenging. When most of us just want to life our lives and to be left alone, or to trying to make ends meet day to day, others seem to make it their life’s work to mess with us.
People, in general, just want to live uncomplicated lives: to earn a living in a environment best suited to their goals and talents, to have a sanctuary free from stress and strife, to have loved ones by their side. At the best of times, we can only hope for one or two of the items on the list out of the three. There are very few these days that have each item clicked off, living carefree, stress free lives.
When the offender is out of your hands and your life is filled with stress inducing ulcers, what can you do? If you’ve tried your best to talk to the offending party to no avail and cannot find a way to life with the issues, maybe it is time to change what you are doing-by not letting the issues get to your health. If you stay too long emotionally on the stress or dealing with it, your health will decline. Decline starts with depression then may lead to high blood pressure which will lead to heart attack or stroke. Let me ask you, is that any way to live?
Making a change in your life can be seen as stressful or as a life-affirming change that is badly needed. Maybe this is the universe’s way of telling you that you need a drastic change in your life.
