The apartment inspection is done, manager, maintenance and city inspector just left. The inspector found some minor things but nothing to get upset over. He did ask why the stove fan didn’t work and I said we couldn’t afford to get it fixed. Manager said ‘oh you don’t pay for that’, which was a direct 180 from her previous position of ‘residents pay for all parts for all repairs, regardless of why’. I was shocked she didnt reiterate that in front of the inspector.
She was just all peaches and cream, so sweet butter wouldn’t’ve melted in her mouth.
Our wedding is just three days away now, still nailing down details. Guests keep dropping out and we need at least one more witness. None of my local “Friends” have inquired about the wedding in the 7 months I’ve been talking about it. So, it’ll be a small wedding party but fun nonetheless!
I think people go on honeymoons to escape all the stress from the wedding planning, really. The wedding has broke us, someone needs to pay for a honeymoon for us!
