MM Wolf Paranormal Rough Draft is Done!

WOOT! The Male Male book’s 1st draft is done! 35K words, 125 pages written in under two weeks!

This book has been such a surprise for me! I’d never been interested in writing paranormal stories before but I’d been binge reading wolf, vampire books and short stories for a few months over last spring and summer. Suddenly, I began dreaming about this story, intertwining Wolf and Vampire characters, a romance and a hidden mystery. As I stated before, if it hung around my conscience for so long, I had better just write it down.

The characters popped up in my mind, the storyline flowed like a raging wadi in typhoon season. I was writing 5 or 7 thousand words a day, pages and pages of character dialogues, action sequences and so forth. There’s a few heroes, a few bad guys, a few plots that somehow all work together. I’m quite happy with how it has turned out.  Now, the hard part of going back through, adding details, filling out plots, places and so forth.

I’m still working on the kids book, it is just over half written now. I can go back and finish now that I have this out of my system. I’ve discovered what has kept me from finishing the Mystery Novel book 3 and have been thinking of ways to write it now.

If anyone is interested in being a Critter (beta reader), let me know which books you’re interested in. I”ll have to see if I need to get some sort of contract that states you won’t share, steal or publish my work, standard boilerplate, as I understand it.

So, just wanted to share this milestone with you.
