After losing my shirt in shipping costs by using paypal to sell the cookbook, I decided to open an Etsy store to sell the cookbook instead. Using WordPress and Paypal was a make-do scenario. I tried to get paypal and wordpress to work together to have buyers pick their preferred shipping method, but the available options just weren’t there. So I decided to open an Etsy store to sell the cookbook, afterall, I printed 200 for facebook friends who begged me to create the physical version after writing two ebook cookbooks. But most of them disappeared and my attempts at marketing the cookbook across all social media, physical bookstores and organizations didn’t work. I was at my wits end.
