Last quarter of the year, October-November-December is here. With it comes the onrush of holidays, festivities and change of seasons. During which, you must remember to keep up those New Years Resolutions. Remember those from New Years Day? Promises to lose weight, take a class or two, repaint and repair the apartment or house. Long days, longer nights and you still kept up those resolutions. Right?
Even if you left them by the wayside, keeping a resolution is easier than ever. You can pick up right where you left off. Confused where to head? There are online communities for health, fitness, eating right. There are local community programs for classes in most any area you’re interested in.
If you’ve been keeping up those resolutions all along, keep up the good work! Staying with a goal can be daunting and even feel like a long shot. What the professionals suggest is making small goals. Was your goal to lose 20 pounds this year? What successful people do is break that down per month. That breaks down to 1.67 pound loss per month.
